I was in Orlando from 26SEP to 01OCT. I got bored of theme parks so decided to visit America's oldest city, St Augustine.

Thank you! Haven't been up that way in a while.

The fact that it's the oldest city in the United States does make it a very special place. It's not very far from where I grew up.

Great shots. I'm 30 miles north of St. Augustine and haven't been to the old city in over a year. I guess it's time for a visit.

Actually I have included it in one of my many travelplans through the US in the coming years. In two years time I plan to tour through the southeast of the States, including cities like Charleston, Savannah and St. Augustine.

But first I will travel through Texas and some other states next april.

Since a few years I am travelling through the States pretty intensively and I plan to cover as much ground as possible. There is always something to see.
