Seldom seen pictures of Toronto

In this thread, I present some pictures of Toronto's contiguous urban area.
I haven't seen these pictures anywhere else, because I took them.

The Downtown Toronto skyline and its aerial views are instantly recognizable.
How about these pictures of today's Toronto?
Please provide constructive comments.

The skyline of Midtown Toronto and Downtown Toronto, stretched along a continuous line on Yonge Street, the city's principal street and main commercial artery.

The major road you see in the foreground is Don Mills Road, that cuts through the verdant Don Valley in Toronto.

The forest of green you see in the foreground, beyond Don Mills Road, is not actually a forest; it's a continuous mass of independent houses and low-rises concealed beneath the dense foliage.

Entering the City of Toronto from its north-east direction, along Highway-404.

You can see the high-rises along the interface of North York and Scarborough, two major boroughs of Toronto.

Interchange connecting Gardiner Expressway (the highway traversing Downtown Toronto) and Lakeshore Boulevard, an elegant road stringing along the Lake Ontario's northern shore.

This interchange faces west-central Toronto (Parkdale, the Loft district and Roncesvalles) and was historically beside Sunnyside Beach.

I'd love to see some closeup shots of that big house, if you have any. Whereabouts is it?
Are there more like it around there? Looks magnificent:

Thank you for your comments, Taller Better!

That big house is Graydon Hall Manor.

This 29-room Georgian manor was built in 1936, named Graydon House, and owned by Henry Rupert Bain. The estate had stables for raising race horses, kennels for raising hunting dogs and a private 9-hole golf course. Graydon House was a centre of Toronto's high society life in the 1930s and '40s, and had many famous visitors such as Katharine Hepburn and Vivian Leigh.

Today, Graydon Hall Manor is a wedding and event venue. The entire neighbourhood of Graydon Hall Drive (just north of York Mills Road, off Don Mills Road) is built on its estate land. I believe this is one of the most magnificent structures in Don Valley.

Please visit the following URL for professional close-up shots (I have a few other shots but they aren't of professional quality) and more details:

As shown earlier, this is Graydon Hall Manor in the dead of winter surrounded by its estate , converted later to apartment buildings and independent houses.

Truly appreciate your nice comments, tehpr0 and Taller, Better!

I'm also very fond of Toronto and its surrounding areas. Toronto's one of the greatest cities, and I'm not just referring to its many skyscrapers.
