This project consists of a multiple building residential complex on the European side of Istanbul. The project is on a steeply sloping site, resulting in multiple basement levels in the buildings. The A2 tower is 176.5 meters tall, 80,000 m2 with 8 basement levels, 1 ground level and 43 above grade levels. The B3 tower is 170.5 meters tall, 103,000 m2 with 7 basement levels, 1 ground level and 41 above grade levels. The C3 tower is 102.5 meters tall, 45,000 m2 with 8 basement levels, 1 ground level and 21 above grade levels. LERA is providing schematic design and design development services for the towers listed above. LERA is also providing schematic design services for the retaining structures for this steeply sloped site.

It's interesting to see Istanbul expanding like this. Very unusual. Most cities expand outwards with low-quality flats or suburbs. But here high-end skyscrapers are build literally on the edge of the city. And the more you look at the renders the more you realize just how BIG this project is. It could even be one of the largest complexes being build in the world right now.
