Those weird windows made of 12 and 8 separate glass pieces ruin the look of this nice building. Specially from the inside it is disturbing to have a window like this.
It is surpising that a design like this got approved by Ayala. It is much cheaper to make a window like this compared to a window made of one or two glass pieces since you can use thinner low quality glass. But this is an Ayala Land Premier building so it is unusual to save money this way.

Looks like they're very generous with the glass which would most likely be double-pane, soundproof, floor-to-ceiling type windows. They even have floor-to-ceiling glass walls with sliding doors separating a room from a "sunroom" deck.

Their "park villa" and "sky villa" levels only have 2 units per floor which means ample windows all around each residence. They even have a swimming pool for each villa.

I would still prefer windows like in Trump Tower or Shangri-La BGC.
I know that those are not cheap windows but still cheaper than a one piece floor-to-celling window in which the glass has to be much stronger.
I know that the units are very nice. I am just talking about the windows which I don't like. All other things about this building are great.

I think Ayalaland have only used glass curtain walls on their grade A or premium office buildings like Tower One and the upcoming High Street South Corporate Plaza and Tower Two. That was before Park Central Towers came along, which to me will be their best and tallest condo development to date. Maybe that could be more suitable to your tastes as far as windows go.

Park Central Towers

Garden Towers on the other hand are more comparable to The Suites, Park Terraces, One & Two Roxas Triangle, which are not fully clad in glass but still generously offer large windows, luxurious interiors and amenities. Like you however, I would've loved more glassy buildings, but I think these two wouldn't look "disturbing" once they're finished.
