The area falls under Elgin Road PO (Kol-700020). The Bhawanipur area (Kol-700025) starts immediately after this place.

Seems to be a gr88 project..where from they have got this big stretch of land there? I guess,they might have got the land from some old godown (near Philips HQ) or any old house.

Btw,although the pin code nos vary at present,Elgin Road also falls in Bhawanipore area..so,the project is technically in Bhawanipore only.
