That's just because it's tiered. I really like the way that the height of the tiers is graduated.

Looks quite massive to me, existing 400m+ towers are alot thinner.

Basically they made a document using Microsoft Office, they printed it, they took a pic of it and they fabricated a supertall? I'm not saying the project is fake, but since Gaoloumi is a troll cave where they made up countless rumors and fake news I don't think we should take this one seriously till we have reliable sources. I still remember when they faked Kingkey renders to tell us it has 460m. Or when they faked Shanghai Tower plans make us think it would have 800m. I could go on for ages. The worst is that those trolls aren't banned, some of them are even "respectable forumers" there We should leave this thread open only because they displayed a render at the plot site, but it looks 280-350m to me in that render

Never even heard of that city.
The design looks like a mix of Taipei 101 and Jin Mao.

Doesn't look 450m to me... and the design doesn't do it for me either. Wow I'm not used to writing such negative posts!

I do like it! Don't know why though. It reminds me of the architecture you see sometimes in sci-fi/cyberpunk anime movies. I think this would be fit in Tokyo very well.

What's up with these troll designers? I wonder what they hope to accomplish.

Anyway, this tower looks great, hopefully.....hopefully it will get built.
