Menu bar and/or User CP at the page bottom

Hi administrators,
I don't know if my idea is crazy and if I'm the only user that would like to have this feature.
When I read a thread and get to the bottom, I would like to find at least the "User CP" button to continue my visit without going back to the top.
This would be even more helpful if you use the 40 posts per page option.
What do you think? Would it be difficult to implement?

P.S. maybe there is already a shortcut to the user CP and I just don't know how to do. If this is the case, forgive me.
