Why should New York not look like Asian Cities ????!!! New York is a global city with a global architecture, with global investments, with global tourists and inhabitants, with global ideas of city planning. New York can be asian, european, african, sotuh american, all together. I donīt understand the artificial distinction. It seems, that some guys here have a problem with asia. Be tolerant and friendly for human beings. asians are human beings. I donīt like the artificial distinction of human beings. You can also made an artificial distinction between Americans and Canadians or between New York and Los Angeles, between the different parts of the usa, between, you and me. And Yes, that is the only Truth. Between you and me are differences because all human beings are individuals and not collective. All collective thinking schemes are artificial distinction and socialist. Human beings are individuals and that is the base for free markets.

Reading Ludwig von Mises or Carl Menger. Austrian School of economics and you will understand what is capitalism and what is itīs requirement.

The cause of the economic crisis is the policy of cheap money. Artificially low interest rates mean a culture of debt and inflation. This follow economic collapse. The profiteers of such a system speak a you that the causes are different. But that is not correct. Ludwig von Mises understood our monetary system. But the mainstream suppressed his findings.

Looking back at the pictures above, this building will eventually dissapear in advertisment beautiful mess (at least lower floors) and higher ones look very ordinary to me, just glass with people in it.

If they are using the steel from the old building, should this now be considered under construction?

The balcony area above the gigantic LED display might end up being a cool little area.
