Alleged design. They didn't credit the source.

well that is a long spire. hope without the spire to the top of the paramet it still is a supertall and the spire is just an addition instead of a making up for a height decrease. but it certainly does look like it will be supertall up to the point under the spire.

Oh yeah, it has around 80 structural floors including the parapet. The spire should make it close to 400m.

z0rg, you are so fast to find new info, thanks for that. I thought that first design was only preliminary, only one drawing, not much info about it and I didn't really liked that, was kind of weird, this one is way better on the gaoloumi they have many renders and designs there especially interesting that little train going up the edge of the building

Judas Priest, this is just amazing just increased the awesomeness of the design by let's say 20. first i was mildly interested, now i am totally sold for it.

Certainly Nanning is becoming so first tier concerning supertalls. On the other hand it is amazing how some other huge cities like Hangzhou or Xi'an remain idle on the aspect.

Does the Guangzhou CTF have the same sides as this tower?

402m, 75 floors. Much taller than expected.

not the best design as a stand alone, but it complements logan century center very nicely, so it is a great design for that and the size is perfect, the towers will look beautiful together!

not to forget that there are other supertalls right next to them as well, it will be a very dense supertall cluster if everything goes right

the previous design was amazingly unique, yet weird, but with so many other supertalls around this tower i think something modern and simple is better than something too crazy, so yeah it is a pretty good design for the location.

Another increase.. .. Feels like none of the towers in that cluster wants to be shorter than the other.. Like the design simple and different from all other boxy towers there, reminds me Seoul Lotte World Tower

I'll repost this ASEAN CBD render to give you an idea what's happening there, Beibu tower is the one on the left still with the old design.. there are more renders of that cluster if you follow the quote..

That fun fair is a very interesting area for mid-long term CBD development.

You actually seem to hate green spaces....

Mostly other people seem to think that the combination of green spaces and concrete make up the ideal urban spaces...

Even in Manhattan you don't get a discount on apartments overlooking Central Park
