has pictures from today of the Mayne Annex being built on Morse Ave
right near the EL. Looking nice. This is going to be luxury apartments
1000 bucks for one bedroom and 1500 for two bedrooms
not bad for Rogers Park.

How is $1500 for a 2 bedroom considered a "luxury apartment?" I'm not sure about Rogers Park, but I know that in Lincoln Park and even Lake View, a "luxury" 2 bedroom apartment could easily cost over $2500/month. Is Rogers Park really that much cheaper?

^ Yep its cheaper.

Decent two bedroom can be had for 1000 bucks.
It wont be like that forever. Mayne Annex may revise
their rents once finished, it will be interesting to see.
