Hotel "Kaunas" in Laisves Aleja (main pedestrian street)

Maironio str. So called Kaunas "Wall Street". Main banks are situated here.

Vilniaus bankas

Kaunas municipality

Vytauto Didžiojo monument

Restaurant "Miesto sodas" "techno" elm tree.

Cosy cafe "Antis". Very welcome one.

Another my favourite cafe "Skliautai"

Kaunas is awesome. I like that city a lot. The amazing thing is that most of the streets in there are not yet reconstructed! I can imagine how awesome itll look after they are!
I got lots of relatives in Kaunas and i get this special feeling that i'm at home when i'm in there.

And thanks a lot for the photos, liutass. One of the best threads about Kaunas so far!

wow great pics, i really like Kaunas.. been there like 2 times. Laisves Aleja is a awesome street, with great pubs, restaurants so on, really awesome place...

O how perfectly lovely, liutass!

"Cozy" is the right word to describe the Old Town of Kaunas in these pre-Christmas nighttime photos, it just looks so pleasant and inviting!
