Are you sure that's 206m? For some reason it doesn't look that tall to me.

looks more like +-120m.

206/32= 6.4m per floor

I got that number from this application - I believe it says 206.70



Correct me if I am wrong. It has street level retail, six levels of office space and 25 live-work apartments.

I don't know what those numbers mean, but it looks like it starts at 85.

As above, the building is what I assume, 85.55m above sea level. 32 story is definitely not 206m unless every floor is 6.4m in height (which they aren't). I believe it's 121m

This building looks like it will ruin the warehouse feel of the furniture store currently on the site.

I do too. I find it respectful of the warehouses and I love the incorporation of the redbrick into the podium.
