I think this is one of the first projects to provide luxury amenities... otherwise the high end properties in Chennai are just location wise luxury I guess

Whatever you build still you live in single home but this will give you a community to 38 other family which is a better feeling and the social networking advantage is much higher in this setup.( i am assuming 90% people will be of o.k. type in this kind of setup).

Why waste a thread for this project as many such projects are going to come up in chennai. As we hear that more than 65 high rise projects are pending sanction with CMDA as on date. This is authentic information from my relative working in CMDA but who are the buyers for such massive projects? Why chennai is being crowded with so many high rise apts?

What is CMDA waiting for ? why do CMDA need to worry about buyers ?

IMO Delay in CMDA is one of the reasons RE prices are very high in chennai as demand always overstrips supply.

A million dollars for the distance would be a big no no for me. If it was in the city then it could be worth it.

Vijayshanthi Art will be better than this. But not a skyscraper.
15-17C will be the price (14C is base price).

So it is triple the price.

Distance is perfect for those who work at Sholinganallur to Siruseri IT companies.

I doubt whether construction really started.. the one posted by CP might be for site office or club house construction.
