Entire India can become one big massive megapolis in the world but this discussion appears absurd even for ur proposition.

Yes remove Bangalore as it is changing from garden city to garbage city.Heaps of garbage mounds all over the place.Less said about the dumping ground in the outskirts of the city the better it is.Bangaluru cannot take more than 40 lacs population but more than double the population in short time has completely destroyed the beauty of the place like a virgin beautiful damsel being raped.

And move the people/business from rest of the region to this megapolis and use those region only for agiruculture.

PS: Exclude Thailapuram from this megapolis.

Maybe but bangalore is still well planned city compared to chennai. though traffic is unbearable at times their important roads are well wide...

sorry bro I completely disagree,Madras is a better planned city in the south among metro cities.

Traffic in bangalore is always unbearable and not just at times as you put it.Yes to be fair the garbage issue is a temporary one which will see some solution by the end of the day but the basic points of planning and traffic is something which i don't agree with you.

No way Bro...Chennai is a well planned city and so is Mysore. Bangalore went through a implosion.. hence the infrastructure did not support, now they are developing the infra like over bridges, metro, ring roads etc..but lack of space is not supporting them so they had to extend city limit to acquire land and plan urban development. This is evident from the fact that most of the buildings are just on top of the road or adjacent to the road..the cosmetic touch of Bangalore is better than Chennai because of this...In Chennai the residential areas/ business areas are located well away from the transportation channels like roads and rail links..This Gives Chennai a little conservative look. But Chennai is an amazingly well planned city. You still can support infra development and leave so much space in between without disturbing your daily life. In Bangalore this was not the case..I remember the havoc we had to go through when Metro Phase 1 was built..you dont have raods to travel there...

Yes,Bangaluru was well planned in the fifties up to eighties when i was frequenting the city but then Bangaluru was a small city with a small population and excellent climate and hardly known to people in other parts of the country except the people of chennai and districts in TN adjoining Bangaluru and some districts of Rayalaseema in A.P.But the same planned city has overgrown in to unshaped unmanageble city beginning from the middle of ninties with hardly a single wide stretch roads extending beyond 5 KM.In the south Chennai has the best suburban rail services and Hyderabad has a fairly better suburban rail service but Bangaluru has hardly any such service and due to which roads gets overcrowded with traffic causing lots of irritation to the travelling public.
