If the SLEX and the Skyway have maximum speed limits of 100kph (and yes they do capture you on cam and apprehend you at the tollgates if you overspeed) then it stands to reason that NLEX will likewise have the same speed limits. Therefore, at a leisurely 100kph with that 45 km distance makes the Bulacan traveltime 27 minutes by car from the Balintawak (?) exit.

OT... Aight, are there any Ayala condo projects in northern QC? Or one near a Fitness First branch preferably? or one near St. Lukes?

I reckon it were more like 24 km from Bulacan, Bulacan to Km. 0 in Manila. So a few more km to Makati which should be about 30 km total, not 45. Perhaps they used 45 km and EDSA was part of the route? It is a more direct route to follow the NLEX/SLEX connector road that Citra/San Miguel is proposing.

So 30 km at 100kph would be 18 minutes.

Response to OT: Yes, there is a Fitness First at Trinoma, and Ayala is planning to build a major development in the lot owned by NHA along EDSA (right before Trinoma). The big IF is how to get rid of all those squatters in the area. I did see some improvement when I was at Trinoma last Sunday, but there are still squatters there.

As for St. Luke's, there's a Gold's Gym nearby along E. Rodriguez Ave. Or are you referring to the new St. Luke's Hospital in Bonifacio Global City?

The St. Lukes nearer our PAL airport, of course A condo (for pitstop purposes) to buy would ideally be near St. Lukes or ideally near Fitness First. I have no use for Gold's because it does not have branches in Hong Kong, Dubai, Brussels, etc.

Oh (highlighted), that'd be eazy piecey ... firebomb the place like how Emperor Nero would do it.

I thought I missed out on a few dates. Are there timetables to be followed with regards to this new airport? Like starting year and anticipated finishing year?

Well, there's an avida condo soon to rise in the 45 hectare Vertis North which will be masterplanned by Ayala Land and is part of the QC-CBD district.

Avida Towers Vertis North

This condo will be beside Trinoma which has a Fitness First branch. There's also a Fitness First branch in SM North Edsa The Block.

There's also a new Golds Gym in Eton Centris and another Gold's Gym in Victoria Tower Timog.

Good morning from here in the Bay Area! I just checked the poll, and it seems like the preferred choice for the new airport is at the "rumored" site at Bulacan, Bulacan. The second place, though, seems to be staying at NAIA but reorganize existing services. For those who answer NAIA over Bulacan, my follow-up question is this:

How would you like to reorganize the current NAIA if the Bulacan site falls through? Alternatively, if the Bulacan site is chosen, how will you reorganize NAIA once the "new" airport is open?

While I voted for Bulacan, I will start the ball rolling for this particular query.

Simple. Let the LCCs take over NAIA's earlier terminals and retain general aviation. But make sure there is connectivity between the new airport (as I mentioned in another post referencing London airports).

Or in the long term, i.e. 10 years and beyond (and I am sure theabe is anticipating me to say this), sell the property to the highest bidder who will make another mini-city (or extension of the mini-cities of Newport City or the western end of Bonifacio Global City).

http://www.philstar.com/Article.aspx...ticleId=867480

Ah... So either a Japanese or Korean construction firm will build the new airport? Hmmm, that will be a great choice! But I wonder how much they would bid... And hopefully, it will be competitive too.

Gusto nilang gawing next boracay.

Naging isyu payan between Aklan at Romblon

Oh well, hopefully, they will make the new airport a world-class facility. Plus, will they also construct the highways leading to the airport, or will it be a separate contract?
