Toronto condo

Need help.please advise.Planning to buy a condo within walking distance of UoT in the spring.Need some place quiet (relatively speaking)as I come from the countryside.Thanks.

... anything close to UofT will cost you through your nose. And there isn't anything being built right now next to the University.

I would suggest that you look at condo's along Spadina - King area.
Hudson is under construction. You could look at CityPlace which would be about 15 - 20 min. Walk.

Also look for places along Yonge or Bay St. South of Bloor.

Your not going to find rural - downtown Toronto. But there's always the Islands!

Tip if your unfamiliar with Toronto and want to live in a nicer neighbourhood - don't move anywhere east of Church St!

If you find a condo - place your location and ask for feedback!

if you've got about 250k ready to go or can get that much Bloorwalk at church and hayden is brand new pretty decent priced for the location....and theres that other condo finishing up right on bloor but i can't remember the name....not sure how much it starts at

You might be interested in Loretto, which is in the quiet Annex neighborhood, very close to U of T. But it might not be ready in time for spring. They are just starting the retrofit of the building. It's also probably expensive.
