You're right, thanks. I didn't really pay attention when posting this. Corrected it.

But Larkin Tower would have been absolutely amazing, too That's how you turn an uninspiring box into something great, with setbacks. Additionally, you provide the streets with more air to breathe and sunlight - instead of turning them into dark alleys that never see the sunlight. Too bad the zoning law of NYC is gone.
