What i don"t understand is why a state enterprise (Peruri) that its main job is printing money aspires to become a property developer? Sure they have enough money to build this messy building, but I think they are confounded printing money with making money.

I think it's because of indonesian ministry of goverment's company (i don't know how to translate it) *Dahlan Iskan* wants all goverment's company seeks their own profit beside their main business, and because they have all the strategic landbank; why not property???

but anyways they would likely just fall down a few steps on that stairs or if its bad luck all the stairs to the bottom of the circle, but that's still not more dangerous than any other type of stairs.

yup and see it on the bigger rendering, there's a gap between the lip of the cube and the stairs or the chairs.

and this project not related with PERURI state enterprise, cause theres no any connection it become property developer.

and regarding the location ? for made 400M height hotel & apartment? has any research about environmental impact during n after finish construction?
