I personally give more attention to quality and architecture than the quantity or numbers. Fortunately, the majority of European skyscrapers seem to have a decent quality especially compared to the ones in the developing nations in Asia or South America. I am glad that developers and construction engineers in London actually care about the quality of materials, glass, steel frames they use. For instance, the initial design of Leadenhall Building was a lot different to the current design which we've seen in the recent pictures. It was carefully redesigned by Sir Richard Rogers in order to have less impact on the protected view of St Paul's Cathedral.

Even the construction site does not give you the impression of the building is U/C because it looks just so clean, organized and neat.

Fenchurch Street (also known as The Walkie Talkie Tower) which has a very original and iconic design, which will have Europe's highest sky garden on the top of the building and it will be open to public for free of charge when the construction is completed.

How many skyscrapers does Moscow have? 9 or 10? You write 9, but you mention 10.

Technically speaking it is 9 if you only count to roof height, however I have included skyscrapers in the list that do have spires taking them to 200m.
