At current grow rate, planned buildings and (important) placement of buildings Warsaw will probably not enter the top 4.
Absolutely true

London with several high class glass clusters, Paris with its dense american style, FFM and its spread of colerfull claddings, or Moscow with is combination of a supertall cluster and spreaded commi-architecture.
I totally agree with this.

It's a great folly. No chance! There's no basis for such a claim.

BTW, ten years ago in Kyiv there was only one building over 100 m. Today Kyiv boasts of more than 500 buildings 20+ floors of which more than 30 are above 100 meters.
In 2023 in Kyiv will be 60-70 buildings above 100 meters of which 5-7 are above 200 meters.

@Iluminat
I agree that some of the "old" towers look rather "Asian" but new projects are very good.

This new office towers should be nice indeed but it seems there are many ugly appartment blocks still being build in different parts of the city with all this weird domes, spikes and other additions the impression is very chaotic and they don't really form a single skyline either, just many highrises in random places.

Well, I said that I think so. I can't be 100% sure. Also, you can't guarantee that Kiev will have all these buildings

Unfortunately, you're right but in recent years the situation has changed for the better.
