Should drivers in London start paying for the damage, deaths and misery they cause? - Page 12

I have seen the show, and I do not agree with those acquitals. Though in the first case, if she didn't die that isn't 'death by dangerous driving' however serious her injuries may be.

So, you would have had no problem with showing the M1 race at a reported 140mph that caused 2 deaths last week and pretended it was normal driving? The footage is 6 years old and produced by a drug-taking burglar. It's got nothing to do with normal cycling and was dishonestly presented as if that's how cyclists ride, so viewers thought "Well, if they ride like that they deserve to get hurt!"

You're quite right, sorry. Sometimes I despair, a jury took less than an hour to decide that forgetting to put the handbrake on a lorry isn't Dangerous. WTF?
