Yangzhou Taizhou Airport (YTY)

Yangzhou Taizhou Airport (Chinese: 扬州泰州机场) (IATA: YTY, ICAO: ZSYA) is an airport serving the cities of Yangzhou and Taizhou in China's Jiangsu Province. It is located in the town of Dinggou in Jiangdu District, Yangzhou, 30 kilometers from the center of Yangzhou and 20 kilometers from Taizhou. Another major city, Zhenjiang, is also nearby across the Yangtze River.
The airport is jointly constructed and owned by the cities of Yangzhou (80% share) and Taizhou (20% share), with a total investment of 2.082 billion yuan. The airport was opened on 7 May 2012. It was formerly called Suzhong Jiangdu Airport (Chinese: 苏中江都机场) (Suzhong means "Central Jiangsu"), but was renamed in November 2011 to reflect the names of the main cities it serves.

Very cool to see another airport in the Yangtze River Delta. Does it have good connection to rail and other public transportation?

It doesn't since it's just opened and the passenger traffic doesn't warrant any kind of mass transit. There are airport buses goes directly to downtown Yangzhou and Taizhou. I assume when the upgraded double line Nanjing-Qidong Railway Nanjing-Nantong section is finished next year Taizhou will finally get CRH service, and the railway station may be linked to the airport.

The building under construction next to Shanghai Tower is Oriental Financial Center. The "plot" next to Jinmao is reserved green belt and no skyscraper will be built there.
