i love it overall
but let me make some calculation of 3 airplanes
FYI 767 is very cheaps amount of fuel because he capable to reach at most 11900 km with 92 ton of fuel and totality cargo 103 tons of weight+375 passanger
meanwhile 777 is capable to reach 14000 km with 163 ton of fuel+430 passanger
besides it a brand new 787 is capable reach 13750 with 400 passanger+126 ton of fuel
so it was a slight different beetwen them

Some marketing genius must have ordered the paint before October 2015 then.

A shame Easyjet beat KLM to an orange-livery, otherwise it would've looked great on KLM. If KLM adopted orange across the fleet now it would just de-value their brand.

I'm not entirely sure about that, Easyjet won't fly Wides and KLM will mainly be a Wide operator in future...so there might be something in it and especially if the football team could avoid being hammered home and away by Iceland next time.

They avoided doing "The Big Orange" on it at least. Grevious colour scheme and only very low rent northern Irish and lowland Scottish would buy tickets on something like this.

I notice that 777-300er wings seem more prone to dirt. I've flown AF, CX and even SQ with dirty winged 77Ws.

IranAir has released a statement about their pending Boeing order.

http://www.iranair.com/Portal/Home/S...6-7427b1d83c70

The statement specifically mentions the 737-900 and the 777-300ER, but no numbers. Could this order be a big step in bridging the production gap between the 777 current gen and the 777X ??

Any order would help fill the order book. I doubt the number of 777-300ERs that Iran might order would be a big step, but any step is a good step.

The planned wide-body fleet is particularly eye-catching, with Iran Air set to operate batches of 425-seat 777-9s, 467-seat 747-8s and 525-seat A380s, with the 12 superjumbos on order matching the number due to be taken by international heavyweights British Airways and Air France.

Amazing. I initially thought it would go with Airbus, but I am happy that they are returning to Boeing with force. Now I wanna see how its cabins will look like with that massive order log, especially with the 77W, 779, and 748.
