Here's an aircraft I have never seen before...

Ceiba Intercontinental (Equatorial Guinea) B777-200ER (reg. CS-TQX) - operated for White Airways

Also, a new "The Hobbit" livery for Air New Zealand:

Air New Zealand B777-300ER, "The Airline of Middle Earth" (reg. ZK-OKO)

When did the title of this thread change from "Boeing | 777 News and Discussion" to "Boeing | 777 Photographs already prevalent on planespotting websites"?

We all know what a 777 looks like. If we wanted to see photos of a 777 in your favourite livery we could go to jetphotos or airliners.net and find thousands of them there. Jeez...

The airplane looks more like Boeing 777-200LR. Pay attention to its winglet. And the engine used are GE90-115

When I saw its listing on JetPhotos, it is a B772ER... but I'll double check the registration online to make sure.

Well, it is a thread discussing everything about the B777, from news to photos.

When I check Airfleets:

http://www.airfleets.net/ficheapp/plane-b777-40668.htm

It says Boeing 777-200LR

All very well if there is an actual discussion accompanying the photographs, but pretty much the last 1-2 pages of this thread is just people posting their favourite 777 pictures of the day with no discussion at all.

Personally I subscribed to this thread to read discussions about the aircraft and not see endless photos of it (which I can easily find elsewhere). But, as you are the moderator of the section I will defer to you.

On final approach at LHR, the latest 777-300ER of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, replacing the last commercial DC 10. Got one more in the pipeline scheduled for delivery in April.

Which existing airline (not the disbanded or bankrupt ones) which used to operate Boeing 777, but now they have none of them?

The only airline that operated the 777 for a longer period and then did away with them was Aeroflot, but since then they of course ordered new ones.

Other airlines like Gulf Air, Air Madagascar among others operated the 777 only on short time leases.
