After searching Zhubian and looking around the hits, it looks like its here. Seems like they are demolishing three ~20 story apartment buildings, what a waste IMHO. They should just pack the buildings in closer on a smaller site behind the existing buildings.

I don't know the condition of the current buildings, but it doesn't look to be a great loss when they are gone.
