Details:
The development, a landmark in the making, is located on a 23,000 sq mt plot of land on the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass. The design includes more than 9,36,000 sq mt of floor space and includes one tower comprising 44 serviced apartments spread over 30 levels and another 27-floor hotel tower, which contains 298 rooms. The total investment behind the project is approximately INR 10 billion.

Mott MacDonald has been appointed lender’s independent engineer for the £82m, (INR 6,600m) five-star hotel complex.
