In this order, Droylsden, Rochdale, East Didsbury.
That is all. Anyone want to dig out the 2012 version?

(speaking as a southerner who has lived up here for 18 years)

On a more upbeat note.
Details of Project Tomorrow will be announced. Etihad stadium expansion will be announced. Numerous other proposals bubbling along in the background will either start or be announced. I for one can't wait for 2013. Think it's going to be a great year for proposals and developments in Manchester |

HS2 station sites released, with local authorities making moves to ensure that these are integrated with updated plans for those areas and the transport that serves them.
We'll see plans for the integration of the Theatre Royal and the Radisson, although I'd forsee planning being difficult on that score. 2 St Peter's Square will be approved with much gnashing of teeth. |

Yeah we need to have a look at the previous years post first.
So like Cats, any one fancy a revival?

I most day, I was spot on ![]() Interesting hire many years TMS has been frustrating us fit now! I honestly don't expect it to be fully working before 2016 now, for 2CC and airport.

The glow from the explosion will be visible all the way over in Manchester when the HS2 route is announced.

Luxury dining in Manchester could finally be exciting. I'm not a snob but it would be nice if Manchester finally got a Michelin star and good PR for influential visitors to the city. I think it is the only feather the city does not have in its cap. I think journalists and chefs visiting the city are always dismayed at the lack of a Michelin star for such a cultural city with history. Simon Rogan is taking over at the Midland and Aiden Byrne is launching the Manchester House restaurant in Spinningfields so it seems we may finally have hope.
