As they start to drop the scaffold you can see the plantroom louvres & columns in these photos.

Looks good and will give some interesting contrast to the main walls.

The EPA are moving out of 160 Ann St and 288 Edward to take floors 3 through 13 in this tower. That's the top of the podium through to that inset which is I guess marks the end of the mid-rise section and start of the high-rise section.

They expect to be in by December 09.

I like it when companies/departments consolidate offices. Wish it would happen more often. It was really hard when space was tight!

The laneway exists and runs through the underside of Northbridge.

The concrete to the entrance was formed back in December, on Turbot Street. You will probably not gain propper access to it from Turbot Street until 400 George is finished later in the year.

Everyone else is posting photos of this, so why not me.
It certainly is rising now, and looks great. I sorta wish this had some prime water front real estate instead of hidden behind Northbridge, although that doesn't mean I would want Northbridge moved as well.
