Southwest Airlines already took contractual delivery of their 1st one last month and has now taken delivery of 8 of them and most likely get their 9th today. .

They will only operate them from Sunday, after they retire their last 30 737 Classics to the desert on Saturday.

Silkair also took delivery of their 1st MAX.

The #SilkAirMAX8 is on its way. Congrats @silkair on your 1st #737MAX—we’re excited to see where you’ll fly! http://bit.ly/_737MAX

Boeing set up a special section on their website where you can track the deliveries.

Hi folks,

I've added a new tab called "current production" to my Boeing production tables on my blog which lists future frame info for all types around 1 month in advance. I am of course aware that Mr. Katsifarakis shows much of this on his own spreadsheet however mine fills in many of the blanks and also corrects a lot of msn, type variant, reg'n and airline errors found on his.

As I know that Mr. Katsifarakis reads this thread he is welcome to use my data so long as a clear credit and link to https://tykesaeroblog.blogspot.com is displayed on each page which I believe is a fair and reasonable request.

So then, that opens up the order book for any airline who wants them. Perhaps Southwest can swoop in and grab some of them (if not all).

I wouldn't be surprised if Southwest (WN) takes most of them, especially with the mass retirement of the 737-300 planes.

You are going to Montana just in time for a Montana winter. I'd a put you down for a house at the end of the runway in Orlando me.

Best of luck Woody, any travel 'theme' planned???

Nobody ever bought the 'revised' version. So they had to in the end.

???

This is the start of the production of the "revised" 737 MAX-7.

And Boeing did receive some orders after the revision, but most orders for this model were placed before the revision by WestJet and Southwest.

Eh? Is this the original MAX7 or the MAX 150 revision then?

How many confirmed MAX 150 orders are there, 5? 10??

MAX 150???

There's just 1 version. Boeing changed the MAX 7 a couple of years ago, making it a bit longer and more similar to the -8 in terms of design and production.
