the tower to the right from the middle is pretty cool with those diagonal lines and leaning top half.

I'd say Toronto's Hudson Yards is Oxford place. Both have 2 office towers, a rail decking, and are developed by Oxford.

and I love how the tallest tower has that concave "bowl" on the top.. never noticed that before.

That might be an optical illusion due to the height of these buildings. Two 50m tall buildings across the street from one another are going to look further apart than two 300m across from each other on the same street.
