How much would you be willing to pay for these amenities

Living in a skyscraper means there is potential for some shared amenities that would be too expensive otherwise. How much would you be willing to pay per month for having one of these as part of your building, to be used by the residents only, but with unlimited access.

fitness room
sauna
swimming pool
roof top terrace
car sharing program (joining the program)
common space (games, film, tv)
fun deck (bbq, hot tub, lounge)
little bar for parties
door man (will take packages as well)

Feel free to add other amenities

In Brazil $ 800 a month in big cities.(2 parking car)
and $ 600 in middle cities.

In my city $600 for one apartment 250m2.

fitness room € 40, if it has the right apparatus and exercise machines

swimming pool - € 35, if it is long enough and deep enough

roof top terrace € 40

car sharing program (joining the program) - car sharing programs shouldn't rely heavily on joining fees

I'm just going to say which ones I would be willing to pay for.

fitness room - willing
sauna - unwilling
swimming pool - unwilling
roof top terrace - willing
car sharing program (joining the program) - unwilling
common space (games, film, tv) - unwilling
fun deck (bbq, hot tub, lounge) - unwilling
little bar for parties - unwilling
door man (will take packages as well) - unwilling

Most important one would have to be laundry though.
