^ thnks the project is far from completion. Because some days back the work had stopped. But now it is on track and yes it might take 2 odd yrs to complt the project

I pretty sure it towards the edge of the city. But it's where all the new malls, hotels and commercial complexs are coming up.

PHL has finalised serviced apartments in 5 SEZ projects of Dehradun, Gurgaon, Indore, Kochi and Hyderabad.

I sometimes back heard Parsvanath is on the verge of bankruptcy.
I dont know if its true or just rumors
