From the 107 Bree St website:

Builders and dust just now but late this year 107 Bree will open its doors. Following the rhythm and aesthetic of Bree Street and surrounding precinct, we are hopefully going to add to what is becoming a defined area within the city bowl that offers a relaxed and refined lifestyle. A Jazz bar in the basement will give the building a great foundation, with specialist retail going up to a superb restaurant and above that studio offices.

What was the previous building? Been down that road alot of times but can't remember what was previously on the lot.

Looks like it'll blend in perfectly with its surroundings!
