Why why why???
Why did they choose Pattaya, not Bangkok???!!! North Point!!! Majestic!! Bangkok deserves buildings with this height!! Anyway, it's a good start for Pattaya. Hope to see more superb projects there. It's will be Bangkok's turn next time.

yeah i also think that it should be in Bangkok instead. Pattaya does need tall bldgs. but doesn't have to be that tall. having a really tall bldg. standing alone wouldn't look to good. well, really wanna see the rendering.
 but it will be probably a beach syle condo huh. i actually prefer the city style condo more. OH well. it's better than nothing at all

OMG !!! I can't believe it. I have been waiting for this time. Thailand to build the tower
that could surpass Baiyoke Tower 2. By the way , as many people said " why not in Bkk " It would dominate the skyline as well.
