Sansiri will have a sales event at Siam Paragon on 15-16-17 February 2013. This will be one of the 11 projects that will be launched along with Nye at Wongwian Yai.

Soi 23/31 is a pretty convenient neighborhood as it is now... plenty of bars and restaurants...if there is ever a skywalk to Phrom Phong...it will be even better.

Soi Cowboy is not going anywhere.

Sukhumvit Soi 4 is very convenient too. It has plenty of bars and restaurants and is anywhere from 1 to 3 BTS stops from all of the great malls in Bangkok! Siam Paragon, MBK, Central World, Central Embassy, Emporium, Terminal 21, you name it..

.. but who in their right mind would want to live there?

Soi 4? I prefer soi 23! but some people actually do live in soi 4 as a cheap alternative to Ploenchit/Langsuan... and soi 4 facing some slow gentrification as Ploenchit outgrows its bounds... is only a matter of time...

A major banker has his mansion right on soi 4 and some people have plans for that soi!

I am sure NEP and surrounding bars will go before cow-boy!

Soi 4, Soi Cowboy and for the most part, Soi 23 are all very narrow Sois. The new regulations will not allow large office buildings to be built there.

Plus, if someone wanted to build offices, there are much better lots to buy, occupied by things making much less money to tear down, in an area much easier to get an EIA approval than these places.

If gentrification will occur, there are much more likely spots. Phyathai, Rajaprarop, Rama 1 past National Stadium, Narathiwas, Sri-Ayuythya, Rama 9 and countless others all are as central, if not moreso and have plenty of dated shophouses to tear down for office buildings before people start moving onto Soi Cowboy and Sukhumvit Soi 4.

just passed by this site...

good point is that you can walk right in back door
of Interchange 21/Citibank and then to subway entrance..

bad point is that it is RIGHT IN FRONT of Soi Cowboy..3pm bright daylight Sat..
frowning fat drunk farangs with scraggly hookers walking up and down Soi 23...at night just multiply by 100 plus speakers & lights ...OMG squared

any new projects near mouth of Sukhumvit 19 to buy?
