Move back to the u/c section. The main tower isn't u/c but the secondary tower is and that tower is 1,076 feet which last time I checked was a supertall. Therefore, a supertall is under construction and this thread should be in the u/c supertall thread.

There's a square with no framework at the location of the 328m tower.

I'm not going to argue. I can clearly see squares with rebar at the site in the corner where the 328 meter tower is located. To me that is foundation work which means the tower is under construction. What does everyone else think?

Yeah, they were piling at the 328m site in earlier updates. It seems like they are going to soon prepare the foundation mat.
