Oh, no, I forgot that the restriction is 280m and not 290m. So, either they did lift the restriction or it's a typo. Dunno.

At minimum, this will be a new 'equal-to-tallest.'

yeah this is a really really happy surprise, this design is amazing and it would be amazing to finally see the skyline grow above the limits
the render looks like the building has a spire, so it may be that 280m is roof height and the little spire/antenna on top brings it to the 290m.

More than 280m in Singapore!

That could finally start the age of the supertalls in Singapore. As far as I know the plans for the new Marina Bay district already included 2 supertalls, so it really appears that they have finally lifted the 280m height limit.

I think it is suppose to be 280 meters.

Some pics I took of the site today. Nothing much. I guess it will happen when it is officially launched.

Nice to see a new height, quite a massive tower though.

Anyway. About time they break the 300m mark.

Some pics I took of the site today. It seems that all the heavy machinery has been removed from the site. Any idea what is going on with the project?

They are apparently putting the final touch at the sales pavilion. It is taking quite a long time though...

Well, at least they are still working on the show flat. I wonder why they have stopped work on the site. Thanks for the update.
