perfect!

right in the middle of the city! to it's west a 500m and a 800m monster will rise and to its east two 600m towers will rise. this is perfectly filling the gap. Shenzhen will have the number one skyline in the world in 10 years

Exactly, that's what I wanted to say.
I just tried to avoid the word "filler" for a +400m tower.

I've been many times in the area in the past weeks and there aren't any signs that will happen anything soon. In contrast to this, I've seen some new shops and restaurants renovated, and if they really gonna tear down this place next year I see no reason for wasting money on renovations.

Would Shenzhen's density increase or decrease because its still more people moving into a small area but with "MORE!"

Governments here tend to make decisions without a lot of prior consulation. So they could serve notice at any time that suits them. The odds are against it but when the decide to do something to the time they actually start can be very short . Nevertheless it's good that somebody is keeping an eye on that site.

I did not see any mention of the developer of the project in the posts so far.

It Greenland. One of Greenland's largest project.

This project is developed by Greenland? If it is it would be awesome! First time seeing Greenland moving to Shenzhen!

Yeah, I know Chinese and sometimes I can't even tell the differences in a lot of words like this. They both have the same 1st letter and the second letter has something to do with nature.

Does anyone have any updates regarding this? I live in this area, in fact right across from the "Future City Project" site. If I'm here long enough to see things happen, I can provide pictures
