I've read in Gaoloumi that they expect up to 10 supertalls in this area alone. The Petrochemical Exchange Center is the only solid proposal by the moment afaik, and even so it's still quite concept probably.

This Tower has much bigger floors than BK, which will mean even more elevators needed than BK.

.....correction I think it does not only LOOK like the Zuhai tower, it IS the Zhuhai tower. Just look at the island shape and the hilly background. This is never Qianhai area

It was only time before China began announcing developments like this. First Sky City and now this however I'd only believe these projects once I see some construction.

I really hope shenzhen will try out some futuristic new urban schemes.
Now, it's still al just singe skyscrapers sometimes connected by a mall. I hope to see some superblocks where you have, for example, food production or manufacturing in the middle and housing on the outside. Or multiple skyscrapers connected by immense bridges at 400 meter to form a layered city. A bit like Marina Bay Sands in Singapore but much bigger.
