Wish granted:

Suning will build its international headquarters in Qianhai. 260,000-300,000m2. We can expect a huge project (it could be a group of non supertall towers though). Anyways we should open a thread as soon as they release any supertallish image.

Well, for 260,000-300,000m2 a single tower project would undoublty mean a +400m supertall, unless they include a monster podium.

well, from previous designs of tall structures by suning, i think the chances for another really slim but tall modern glass tower seem kind of good

I am hoping for a Greenland-Tower in Shenzhen. I think if they will build in Shenzhen it is a megatall.

This is indeed a massive project, and probably bigger than one can imagine.

Regarding supertalls, I remind for those that forgot or didn't know that in Guangzhou the Canton Tower had to decrease it's height down to 600m because of the "nearby" airport ( easy 20km away from the tower )

This has about the same square footage as the Burj, so the possibility of building high is very, very good.
