on streetview it is still under construction. I am not sure how to check, which date the photo is from though. It was a pain to get there, I found the location on Baidubaike though. If I was still in China it would have taken only one search in baidu ditu and i would have found it since it's in the baidu database, but now with the slow connection it makes it so annoying.

the Chinese name is 浙江广电国际影视中心 if that is any help. Lately I have problems connecting and searching on Baidu Maps (which helped me in the past the most with skyscraper searches), not sure what's up. On Tencent Maps the building does not show up in search however. If we find it on a map we will be able to look at images from streetview services, so that's the goal here.
