Not much different from original design, just taller and no fin; but please let's limit the number of these boxes don't want the city to look like the dream city from inception

My incredibly awful edit of future downtown, 50 Leonard, 101 Murray Street, 30 Park Place and 50 West Street, haven't included the 1,000ft+ 80 South though

Thanks for throwing that together! Those other resi towers do a lot to help balance things out. I kind of wish this tower was then just 15% shorter or 15% taller. It's so even with One World Trade... but I guess I'm picking nits at this point. That's a very impressive cluster.

I thought it had a cantilever, until I looked closely to find it's just a pointed roof of a building in front!

Lol!! Good eyes!

That would have been the best feature for me.

The stacking diagram Yimby posted indicates there's no cantilever. Too bad as a 1356 footer with a cantilever would've been crazy.

I am eagerly awaiting news for 45 and 55 broad Street as well. Don't forget about those important two. If they are combined we might have yet another supertall in Lower Manhattan.

Update on Yimby's 125 Thames news.

I don't think you could see 30 Park Place from that vantage point (it, and Woolworth, would be behind 1 & 2 WTC), but from other angles it will definitely contribute to the collective height and variety of this new wave of towers.

Funny, I thought 50 West was a really significant addition, but next to 125 Greenwich, it's a total dwarf!

Wow, great news! I think the design is great, if it was to flashy it might have thrown off the balance that lower Manhattan skyline has..this works perfectly.

Looks like one of the original WTC towers went on a diet.
