Thanks. I thought that he may be partners with Zoolander.

Anyway, the project on his site is different from the one that he and Fisher Bros proposed.

3 piling machines and an excavator on site.

The brilliantly detailed rendering...

Looks like there is also a nice empty plot behind the W Hotel. Hopefully that and 5WTC will box it off out of sight for all time!

You may want to get your straight jacket on now, I am not expecting a good design here considering the architects history.

At that height, it doesn't look that bad. Actually I kind of like it at around 1100 ft.

The "Pinnacle" could be another project. The base looks pretty wide and big ... maybe it's the design for Shvo's 100-story Central Park Tower.

Yea, I'm not sure that the middle photo of the base is this tower. Overall this really surpassed my expectations!

Agreed, that does appear to be a different design. Very handsome though, and I hope it's the Central Park tower.

As for this iteration of 125 Greenwich, I have to say, I think it looks pretty good. 1100ish feet is a perfect height, and there do appear to be some crown elements that make it more than just a dull box. Good find!

I like it! Much better...

It looks ~350 meters (1150 feet) in comparison to 4WTC

Well done, Vinoly...
We needed an improved design after everything that happened with 2WTC.

Are my eyes deceiving me or does it seem to slightly taper towards the top?
