This one sure looks like a supertall, but it's hard to tell.

is the name because it is part of the China Resource complex with the 500m teardrop tower or only owned by the same company and build elsewhere in the city?

One of the several large developments by China Resources. There's another big one we haven't a thread for, I'll try to open it next week. Also 250m+.

I've just moved this one to the supertall section. After looking at the images more carefully I counted more than 80 floors both in the model and the renders. The other 3 must be around 180-250m.

This is a very much alive but very long time project,China resources themselves want to finish it in 2022,If we use their Dachong redevelopment project as a reference point the demolition onsite would commence soon, maybe even this year or the next.
Latest render from them

This proposal is not in the same location as the previous one, yet still a part of the redevelopment. So we can expect at least two tall towers here

Recent marketing video released by Capol http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XMTU2MDQ4MjE1Ng==.html

A shot on the floor plan diagram showed a 400m tower, a 300m tower, three 240m towers, and numerous 100m+ residential blocks.
