Hi here!
I donīt know much about India so Iīd like to ask you a question. Would you tell me please why India donīt build buildings over 500, 600 meters like China or UAE? Indian economy is in a very good condition at the moment and the expectations for next 5 years are also very good. So whereīs the problem? Many thanks.

China builds for the sake of building but India depends of market demand etc. Indian economy is currently not large enough to build skyscrapers like china, in future you may see many such buildings. Until recently there hasn't been much focus on urbanization but now government focusing on it and smart cities etc we can expect more of the tall buildings.

there was a 700m tower proposed, but it stopped because of corruption. I do expect India to go the route of Chinese construction, but India is still a little behind China, give them time to catch up. While Mumbai has tons of crazy projects, they are all suffering from lots of delays and uncertainty.

India like China was in the late 90s/early 2000s. With the right policies, spending etc it can as you say achieve those high expectations. Give it 10 or so years and then things might start booming in Skyscrapers. First cities (outside of Delhi and Mumbai) need to see land prices increase to a point where it is cheaper to build up, than out.

Status Uptade-
Tower 1 (Center): As in the render, it looks like the apartments are being built in 2 tiers, with a garden or some viewing gallery in between. The lower tier, let say tier 1, is mainly cladded while tier 2 although topped out, is where the main cladding is in progress. Tier 3, where the duplex and triplex penthouses along with the antena are is located is just about beginning to be constructed maybe 7-10% complete.

Tower 2 (right): The second tallest tower, again can be divided into 3 tiers, 1 being the lowest portion of apartments, the viewing gallery on top of it, 2 being the remaining apartments on top of the viewing gallery. Currently Tier 1 seems complete from the outside, while again tier 2 is also topped out though cladding is underway. Unlike tower 1, in this tower, tier 3 is also underway with the core under construction.

Tower 3 (left): The shortest tower is about 40% topped out, with quite a long way still to go.
