there is even a chance none of the tow will or maybe only one of them, which would be a shame.

2 supertalls are confirmed in this project and tower C just misses supertall status by 10-15m.
With spires included tower A & B would be anywhere between 340m and 360m

Pl see what Sir NORMAN Foster has designed for our city...A building where kitchens have no windows, where form is more important than function, where common areas have no natural light nor natural ventilation, no room has cross ventilation, toilets have no windows and where in some of the flats (eg flat -1) the entry/exit is only from your servant's area, a virtual fire trap, etc etc...

Is this CLASS, Is this truly Norman Foster or is it only a label to fool buyers..I wonder..

After seeing a comparison of the approved plan and sale plan, I fail to understand how gullible the buyer's are...agree with the judge incase of campa cola..that buyers are buying with open eyes...hence later on then they cannot pass the blame...amazing how some developers are able to get away with all this even to date..while the authorities wake up only after OC...long live DC Regulations..

Toilet and kitchen don't need windows.

With all due respect, This is not some concrete 2 floor flat in India. This is a luxury high rise. Always hated having windows in toilets personally. And for the kitchen, abundant lighting and overhead ventilation is more than enough. Don't need windows, Infact, there are not sufficient for ventilation and lighting.

I'm sure this building has enough accessories to compensate for the "flaws" you speak of.

And being in the field of design and engineering myself, I love the design. It is efficient and simple, bringing natural light to where it is needed the most, keeping bedroom and living room to the outside perimeter, etc.

Yes it is CLASS.

If you need windows in kitchens and toilets, ventilators then this is for you.

Nope. But we do know the exact height of the podium or height at which the first habitable floor starts.

The 400-plus sky bungalows ranging from 2500 sq.ft to 18,200 sq.ft floor plate offer a stunning view of the city and the Arabian Sea. Priced at a ticket size of Rs 15 to Rs 100 crore, the first habitable unit will be built at a record height of 70 metres; commencing at 16th floor and the towers going up to 76 floors.

Just about everything by Foster is futuristic -- but these are even better than most.
