6 towers ranging from 63-161 meter is a big project. Looking forward to see the designs.

A well planned and designed project of 6 towers is probably of more value to the city than one large tower anyway.

Are they planning 179 ore 161 meters for the highest building ?
There are allways this two diffrent sizes told in all the newspapers.

I just tried to vacuum the SP "back-catalogue" for proposed Berlin highrises, to see how many there really are at present. As I understand, this development alone includes two Tower of more than 100 meters. Here a Close-up of the shorter of the two main Towers:

Sorry if Iīm sloppy with crediting, but I donīt remember where I found this.

In Addition, there are at least two more proposed Projects for Berlin which seem to have no own thread here: a proposed highrise next to the main Train Station and a newly proposed third highrise next to Zoofenster and Upper West.

No chance this is going to be build that way. This particular project is dead.
But the area is still free and there will be competitions about the urban development soon. (I think so ... maybe someone knows more)
