NOIDA | Yamunotri | 288m | 63 fl | 220m | 46 fl | Prep

Yamunotri - Mixed Use Development, Noida

Quote:
Client: Madhvilata Granites, Mumbai - India
Architect: WS Atkins and Partners Overseas, Dubai - UAE
Completion: 2016

The building complex is located in Noida, a modern, fast-growing ambitious suburb of New Delhi. The project sets new standards in quality, complexity and design on the Indian market. It consists of two towers with a maximum height of 288 m, 7 pebble-shaped building volumes and a transparent construction connecting with a 20m high vertical facade. In addition, the front face is bonded by an almost 500m long, wave-like roof. All building parts are built-up of free-formed volumes. Computer-aided programming Allows the complex geometries of the tower fašade to be implemented with rectangular planar elements. The free-formed volumes of the plinth base are composed of triangular, partially opaque and partially transparent elements. The buildings will be designed to achieve the LEED Gold status Which, in addition to the high geometric and architectural requirements, thus involve Appropriate technical solutions.

India101, add the height of the second tower too. That second tower is 220 meters tall ( source - SSC india thread )...so basically its two towers above 200 meters.

The details for all different facade types have been developed, ranging from vertical and inclined curtain wall to triangulated panels and ventilated natural stone and glass cladding. Structural glazing and glass canopies and roofs are foreseen for all represantative areas such as entrance lobbies.
