good size, nanning is really booming. there is only one building over 250m finished as of now and if they build everything that is proposed it will have 10 supertalls. and even if it builds only half of them it will compete with cities right on the top.

More threads coming soon for Nanning (hopefully): 330m twins and another 300m+ tower.

uh twins are sweet. are most of the supertalls we got in one or two main areas / CBDs or completely scattered around the city?

This one is at the main CBD cluster or very close to it I think.

The other 3 upcoming supertalls are in Wuxiang, in the south of the city, together with many 200m+ on going towers.

Two big clusters

1)Wuxiang New Zone: Upcoming 330m twins, upcoming 300m Guangxi Media Headquarters, many other released 200m+ towers.
2)China-ASEAN CBD: Ronghe 390m, Jiuzhou 318m, Logan 338m, China Resources 380m, Beibu Gulf Bank Tower 300m, Mayors Tower 349m, Tianlong 400-500m tower, IFC 400m~ and several 200m+ towers

Then China South City 318m and The Cullinan Tower 372m are isolated in the west part of the city.

the ASEAN CBD will be amazing. maybe as impressive as the Guangzhou CBD without the tv tower with two 400m plus towers and a bunch of supertalls can't wait to see the layout and designs which will be final on some of them. it is certainly going to be an interesting city to keep an eye on

I hope for an better render too, this one looks quite mainstream to be honest, at least the shape. But it definately looks very big, especially since it's nearly 400m.

Sorry, I forgot, add the Convention and Exhibition Center cluster next to South China tower. that's another 3x300m+, the tallest one is around 600m according to concept images. So in the end the west cluster is also a CBD by itself, but this is too concept and too long term.

I looked around and this one is a little further away from Asean CBD, well not too far, few kilometres, and it's in the growing residential area, but near new Nanning east high speed railway station.
本次共签约荣和·凤凰岭路新地块、荣和·天誉两项工程,其中荣和·凤凰岭路新地块工程合同额40.47亿元,总建筑面积约74万平方米,由1栋高390米的甲级写字楼及6栋办公楼
on the map

more particularly on the south side (bottom) of the plot

From aerial view it looks like a nice plot for development
