proposal 2 is another ICC copy, i still like it though and proposal 1 isn't too exciting either. Yet Wuhan is blooming with iconic towers and a simple design would do probably better than another crazy design.

I totaly agree that this is a copy of ICC in Hong Kong. There is no shame in architecture apparently.

It is either canceled or the plot moved. The plot that this building was supposed to be has two other towers rising instead.
